About me
I’m a personal trainer and sports performance coach with over five years of experience helping people build strength, move better, and stay healthy through every stage of life. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, but my primary focus is training athletes to improve performance, prevent injuries, and develop long-term strength and durability.
My training approach blends strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and rehabilitation-based techniques to help clients build confidence in their bodies while achieving their goals—whether that means returning to exercise, improving overall fitness, or competing at a higher level in sport.
As a former dual-sport collegiate athlete in soccer and track and field, I understand the physical and mental demands athletes face. I competed for four years at Muskingum University before continuing my soccer career and completing my Master of Education in Coaching with a focus on sports coaching and strength training at the University of Mount Union, where I also served as a student coach.
I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Sports Performance Specialist, and I currently work as a personal trainer at Essential Strength of Pittsburgh, where I help clients develop strength, improve movement quality, and build sustainable fitness habits.
In addition to my training experience, I’ve coached athletes across multiple levels. I’ve served as an assistant coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), coached varsity women’s soccer at Sewickley Academy, and worked with club players at Canton Cleveland Force. I currently coach soccer and work as a strength coach with Steel City FC.
I also competed for four seasons with the Steel City FC Women’s First Team, which gave me firsthand experience training and performing at a high competitive level.
Today, I combine my education, coaching experience, and athletic background to help clients and athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience—supporting lifelong health while helping athletes reach their highest potential.
